Copyright ©
Copyright of any images (which includes video/film or other moving image or design or logo) held on this site are entirely the property of the the person who created an image ("the creator") which is held to be the first owner of the copyright. However, there are various situations in which this is not necessarily the case. For photos, it may depend on when the photo was taken, as different rules may apply if the photograph was taken before 1989. Creators also have what are known as moral rights. If at any time the creator dissaproves of the use of the image they must be removed immediately

No images used on this site are a part of the creators employment, therefor there is no lattitude for employer ownership of the copyright.

The creator of the images on this site has not chosen to allow any person or organisation to license the work on their behalf, or "assign" (transfered) the copyright to another person. The term ´licensing´ means giving another person or organisation permission to use a work such as an image, often in return for payment and/or on certain conditions for a specific period of time. A Copyright Notice on assigning copyright is available. to those whom such work has been assigned

If somebody or orginisation is making use of the creators images without permission, they have infringed the creators copyright. Legal action may be taken if the images are not removed within 28 days of notice.

If a person or organisation fails to remove images then ´ moral rights´ may be asserted, which are legal rights enforceable by the authors of copyright works.

When people or organisations use the creators images, they should do so respectfully, even if they have the creators permission to use them. If the creator has ´ asserted´ their ´ moral right´ to be credited for creating the photo, then that user should acknowledge the moral rights of the creator as the creator. Such an assertion is often made by written contract or may be embedded in the image with metadata. The creator has the moral right to object if people alter the work in a way that is negative to the creators reputation (known as ´ derogatory treatment´ ). If the creator takes the matter to court, it would have to be astablished with evidence that their reputation may have been harmed. Or that no permission had been granted to use the images or that permission had been withdrawn.

By visiting or using this Website You agree to be bound by these Terms. The publisher/creator may change these Terms at any time and will post the changes on the Website. If You disagree with the changes then You must stop visiting and using this Website. By using this site you acknowledge and agree to the above
